After 9 months on the market, we closed on our STL home (photo of our STL home on left). We loved our home in STL...our first home together as a married couple! But, as much as we loved it, it is such a blessing to only have one house payment again!!
On Thursday, January 29th, we signed and overnighted the paperwork (see Dan on the right). On Friday, January 30th, it was a done deal!! And, then, on January 31st ... WE WENT SHOPPING!! :)
