My friend Joyce just turned 40 and for her 40th birthday, she wanted to swim with the Manatees (aka "sea cow").Now, FL is the only place in the US that has Manatees so she came to see me (also because she really likes me)!!! And in order to be a good friend, I went to go swim with the Manatees.
I spent most of the time in the pre-swim months worrying that a sea cow was going to sit on me and drown me but then ... I LOVED IT!!! At one point I had a Manatee under each arm...as much as you can get a 2000-3500 pound animal under each arm, that is!
They are the most precious animals...just big, sweet, bubberly loveballs! So, come see me and we'll go swim with some sea cows....great fun!
